Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges, but we offer returns within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in new condition and sent back to us in the original packaging. To learn more about our return policy or start the process of a return, click here.

When will my order ship?

Standard/Economy - Once we receive your order(s), it will be processed in approximately 3-5 business days. Once shipped transit times can take between 5-8 days. 
Priority/Express - Once we receive your order(s), it will be processed in approximately 1-2 business days. Once shipped transit times can take between 2-3 days.

How do I clean my hat?

Life with kids, right? (Or maybe just life in general—hey, things get messy!) When it’s time to wash your hat, we recommend using a washcloth with warm, soapy water (Dawn dish soap works like a charm). Gently wipe in a circular motion to lift any stains, then let it air-dry.

What is your cancellation policy?

Though we can’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed, you can check out our returns page for details on how to get that process started or reach out to customer service.

I received the wrong item or a damaged item in my order. What should I do next?

Let our customer service team know within 72 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll walk you through the return process, check things out, and if there's a defect or mix-up, we’ll get your refund going.
