Rad Dadz Club is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout. If you have issues with receiving your package, it is your responsibility to contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Rad dadz club is not responsible for lost or stolen items

It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping courier. Please reach out to info@raddadzclub.com for any help with the process.

3. shipping timeframe

Once we receive your order(s), it will be processed in approximately 2-3 business days for Priority/Express shipping. For standard shipping, orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. Once shipped transit times can take between 3-5 days for priority/express and 5-7 days for standard shipping.
